This policy explains the limited information practices of the MindSet Shift Ministry website.

Current status: This website does not currently collect information through forms, create user accounts, process payments, or enroll visitors in a community or mailing list.

Information this website processes

The website itself does not currently ask for or store names, email addresses, payment information, health information, or other form submissions. We do not currently use advertising trackers or onsite analytics.

The hosting provider may process routine technical information—such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, and time of access—to deliver and protect the website. Those infrastructure logs are controlled by the hosting provider and may be retained under its own policies.

Email communications

If you choose to email connect@mindsetshiftministry.org, your email provider and the receiving email provider will process the information you send. Please do not include medical records, financial account information, passwords, government identification numbers, or other highly sensitive information. Messages may be retained as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain ministry records, or meet legal obligations.

Cookies, Cash App, and third-party services

MindSet Shift Ministry does not currently place its own marketing or analytics cookies on this site. Ordinary hosting or browser functions may still use strictly necessary technical storage. External email links open a service outside this website.

If you select the Cash App donation link, you leave this website. Cash App processes the transaction and related account, device, and payment information under its own terms and privacy practices. MindSet Shift Ministry does not receive your Cash App password or full payment-account credentials through this website.

Future changes

Before activating email enrollment, community accounts, booking, paid-session checkout, analytics, or other data-collecting services, this policy will be updated to identify the provider, information collected, purpose, sharing, retention, choices, and applicable rights.

Your choices and contact

You may choose not to email or provide personal information. To ask a privacy question or request review or deletion of information you previously sent by email, contact connect@mindsetshiftministry.org. We may need enough information to verify and locate the request without asking for unnecessary sensitive data.

Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. This policy is not a substitute for jurisdiction-specific legal advice.
