These terms govern use of the MindSet Shift Ministry website.
Informational use
You may view and share links to this website for lawful, personal, and noncommercial purposes. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, misrepresent an affiliation with the ministry, or use its content in an unlawful or harmful manner.
Teaching and ministry content
Content is offered for spiritual education, reflection, and general information. It is not individualized professional advice and does not create a counselor-client, therapist-client, attorney-client, financial-adviser, or other licensed professional relationship. Please also read the Disclaimer.
No guaranteed outcome
People and circumstances differ. MindSet Shift Ministry does not promise that a teaching, community experience, conversation, or future service will produce a particular spiritual, emotional, personal, financial, health, employment, relationship, or physical result.
Future services and purchases
Before any paid service becomes available, the applicable format, scheduling process, price, included materials, cancellation, rescheduling, refund, and no-show terms will be published or presented for acceptance. A service description on this website is not an offer that can presently be accepted or purchased.
Voluntary donations
A Cash App contribution is a voluntary donation supporting ministry teaching, resources, community building, and operations. A donation does not purchase a service, reserve a Clarity Session, create priority access, or guarantee any benefit or outcome.
Tax-deductible status has not been established, and MindSet Shift Ministry does not promise that a contribution qualifies for a charitable deduction. Donors should consult their own qualified tax adviser. Cash App processes donations under its own terms and privacy practices.
Intellectual property
The MindSet Shift Ministry name, site design, founder story, original written expression, and original teaching materials may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. References to Scripture, public ideas, or outside influences do not claim ownership of those underlying works. Do not reproduce branded teaching materials or graphics for commercial use without written permission.
Third-party services and links
Links may open third-party email, hosting, community, scheduling, or payment services. Those providers operate under their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not imply endorsement of every statement or practice of a third party.
Availability and changes
The website and its content may be corrected, changed, suspended, or discontinued. We aim for accuracy but do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that every statement is free from error.
